We offer standard Incoterms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and CFR (Cost & Freight). For bulk shipments, we provide flexitank and ISO tank options. For packaged products, we use FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load) depending on order volume.
What is the typical lead time for export orders?
Lead times vary by order size and packaging: retail bottles 15-25 days, food service pails 10-20 days, bulk flexitanks 20-30 days, and private label orders 25-40 days. These are production lead times; shipping time depends on destination and shipping method.
Do you handle customs clearance at destination?
Our responsibility typically ends at the port of loading (FOB) or destination port (CIF/CFR). Customs clearance at destination is handled by you or your appointed customs broker. However, we provide all necessary documents and assist with any document-related queries during the clearance process.
Can you provide samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide samples for evaluation and testing. Sample availability and costs depend on the product and quantity required. For standard products, samples are typically available within 3-5 days. Sample shipping costs may apply depending on destination.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (letter of credit) as standard payment methods. Typical terms for T/T include 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also accepted. Specific terms can be discussed based on order volume and relationship.
How do you ensure product quality during shipping?
We use food-grade packaging materials suitable for international shipping. Flexitanks are single-use and sealed before loading. Containers are inspected before loading to ensure cleanliness and integrity. For temperature-sensitive products, we can arrange temperature-controlled containers. Insurance coverage is available for all shipments.
